Is it possible to skip a month?

Skipping a month is easy. Log into your account at lifeboxsupplycompany.com/customer/account and use the "Edit" button next to your subscription to make the change. 


When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the first day you subscribe. You will be rebilled on the 11th of each subsequent month.


When will my LifeBox ship?

Subscribe by the 16th of the month to receive that month's box. Boxes ship on the 20th of each month and arrive within 5 days at most US addresses. 


Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Monthly subscriptions are month by month, no contract, no obligations. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Obviously, we hope that you will love LifeBox and won’t want to leave (-:


What is your refund/cancellation policy?

If your account has renewed (your card has been charged) and you do not wish to receive the box(es) that you've paid for, please contact support@lifeboxsupplycompany.com as soon as possible to let us know. We are happy to give refunds for unshipped boxes, but once a box has shipped we can not give refunds. We can not accept returns, regardless of whether the box has been opened or not.
